DÜSSELDORF-BASED SPECIALIST IS THE NEW PROFESSIONAL AGENCY OF THE JOHNSON & JOHNSON BRAND
Düsseldorf, 26 November 2015 – Kontrast Communication Services, the full-service agency with extensive expertise in the areas of healthcare and FMCG, have won the pitch for professional communication for the LISTERINE brand. It will be the agency’s task in the future to transfer the brand’s success with consumers to the professional segment of dentists and dental hygienists.

With its LISTERINE brand, Johnson & Johnson GmbH offers a comprehensive range of mouthwash solutions, which is already being communicated to the consumer with great success. Now it was time to develop a separate campaign for the target group of professionals that would be just as effective. The Neuss-based manufacturer found expert support for this plan at Kontrast Communication Services. The Düsseldorf experts were able to assert their concept against some well-known competitors.
The goal of the cooperation between the left and the right banks of the Rhine is to establish the LISTERINE brand and its products as a positive recommendation from dentists to their patients. In terms of content and structure, the conditions for this have been met. “The LISTERINE brand and their products have a tremendous drugstore heritage and all the strengths it takes to be a top partner for dental experts”, explains Martin Kraus, Client Service Director at Kontrast. “We will harmonize these factors in the communication.”
Kontrast created the concept for comprehensive professional communication for the LISTERINE brand and realized the full range of measures, from ads in medical trade journals and information brochures for patients to a trade fair presentation. Since November the first positive results can be observed in professional circles.
Both client and agency are already well convinced by the excellent and productive cooperation. Probably also due to shared successes in OTC and healthcare projects in the past. But most of all because of the mutual respect they have for one another as health experts. “Our comprehensive health and brand expertise is a key ingredient here.
