1. Capture and processing of data

When you visit our site, various server statistics are forwarded to the server by your browser and stored automatically. These are as follows:

We cannot allocate this data to a specific person. This data is not brought together with other data sources.

(a)  Use of web fonts

On these websites external fonts, Google fonts, are used. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. ("Google"). The integration of these web fonts is done by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This will be transmitted to the server, which of our websites you have visited. 2. Use and forwarding of personal data

If you provide us with personal data, we will use this for the purpose of replying to your enquiries, for processing contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise forwarded if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, for settlement purposes or if you have issued your prior consent to this. 3. Using the E-Recruiting System "Prescreen"

On our Career Site, we've incorporated the Prescreen E-Recruiting System, where we post jobs and receive and manage applications. As part of this activity, "Prescreen" processes personal data on behalf of and for the purposes of our company with which you, as an applicant, wish to contact us as part of your application. After entering your registration data within the "Prescreen" e-recruiting system, it is necessary to agree to the privacy policy of the "Prescreen Software" in order to complete the further registration process.

a) For the automated processing of your application, the following personal data are collected and processed:

1. First name, last name, e-mail and possibly also address / place, date of birth, salutation, Telephone number, citizenship
2. Additional questions depending on the respective tender (for example driver's license)

b) "Prescreen" stores the written, electronic communication that takes place between you and Kontrast. Furthermore, Prescreen will process comments and reviews written to you as part of your application process.

c) To customize "prescreen" services to your needs in the future and in order to allow easy use of the "Prescreen" web page, "Prescreen" collects statistical information about your surfing behavior on the "Prescreen" webpage (e.g., which web page areas you click on or your "log-in" times). These data may be recorded for the purpose of support or service optimization and, if necessary, at any time by the "Prescreen" administrator can be viewed.


3.1 Purpose of the data collection of the e-recruiting system "Prescreen"

"Prescreen" processes and uses the personal data collected to provide the Prescreen services, to register on the Contrast Website and to exchange information between applicants and us. 7. Instructions Affected rights

Each data subject has the right to information pursuant to Art. 15 DS-GVO, the right to a correction under Art. 16 DS-GVO, the right to cancellation under Article 17 DS-BER, the right to limit processing under Art -GVO, the right to object to Art. 21 DS-GVO and the right of data transferability under Art. 20 DS-BER. You also have the right to complain to us about the processing of your personal data by the competent data protection supervisory authority.


b) Instructions for revocation with consent
You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the validity of the General Data Protection Regulation, as before 25 May 2018. Please note that the revocation only works for the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.


c) Law in the case of data processing for direct mail advertising
According to Art. 21 (2) of the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data.
