Task

ClubRATIONAL is the communication platform that links the core target group of chefs all over the world. Online for more than five years now, it is time for a facelift. The primary goal of the relaunch is to increase the user activity and interaction between members on the one hand, while at the same time expanding ClubRATIONAL into a knowledge pool and inspiration platform for chefs.

Implementation

From the conception stage down to final programming, we develop an entirely new experience for the user. By implementing a responsive design with optimized display and ideal screen resolution for all kinds of devices, the ClubRATIONAL portal is accessible anytime and anywhere – on the road on a smartphone, at home on a tablet or on a PC in the office. The content offers chefs a great source of inspiration for their daily work: international recipes, customized cookbooks, contact options such as Chefline or ServiceCall as well as free vocational training and software updates.

Result

More than 50,000 members worldwide are presented with a completely new club with even more useful features, practical know-how, valuable tips, instructions and much more: a platform that profits professional chefs all over the world in their quest for perfect cooking results. And the club also helps RATIONAL by enhancing customer binding and brand loyalty, while at the same time delivering valuable insights into the needs, daily problems and wishes of the chefs.
