Task

KEUCO, one of the leading manufacturers of up-market bathroom fittings and furnishings, has an important appointment in Frankfurt every two years: their presentation at the ISH, the world’s leading trade fair for the ultimate bathroom experience. As their longstanding lead agency, we have been in charge of creating the accompanying communication since the ISH in 2007. For the first time KEUCO uses a new visual language we had developed together for all media – from brochures and videos to the decorations on the exhibition stand.

Implementation

We take KEUCO bathrooms out of the photo studio and present them on life’s stage! After a layout shoot on the Balearic Islands we continue filming and photographing at three more locations on the Spanish mainland. We install the KEUCO product novelties in homes with characteristic architecture that reflects the aesthetics of the bathroom concepts. The focus is not – as otherwise the norm – on the products themselves, but rather on stories in which they are integrated. Actors and models pose as the residents of the homes, all characters who embody certain lifestyles.

Result

The ISH 2013 is a roaring success for KEUCO. The interest of the international trade visitors is immense. The highly expressive and authentic aesthetics of the photos and films attracts the desired attention and transports the KEUCO brand message in an emotional way: sensual design meets sensible products.
