Santander Bank not only offers students and university staff cheaper bank accounts with special inclusive services. Santander Universidades is also the world’s biggest network of collaborative projects with universities and research centres. The goal is to communicate the benefits to the target group within the scope of an independent communication concept. Lead agency Kontrast is entrusted with the development and implementation of the advertising instruments.


For the target group of primarily young people we create a communication concept that differentiates itself from the usual banking offers. With the XXL memo pad we turn a normal item in the daily life of students into a key visual. The note also serves as a formal element for carrying our text message.


The communication media is implemented not only in the shops but also on the campuses of Germany’s universities and colleges. Santander Bank communicates its product and network messages to students on the target group’s level.
